Health & Safety Disclaimer

Please read this disclaimer carefully before participating in the 0 to 60 in 2.0 program.

General Disclaimer — Not Medical Advice

The 0 to 60 in 2.0 program (the “Program”) is designed for general personal development and wellness purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The content provided through this Program — including but not limited to exercise recommendations, dietary guidelines, hydration goals, and lifestyle habits — is for informational and motivational purposes only. The Program’s creator, Bob Pack, is not a licensed physician, dietitian, psychologist, or medical professional.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health care provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or before beginning any new exercise, diet, or wellness program.

Physical Activity & Exercise

This Program includes daily physical exercise components (a 30-minute morning workout and a 30-minute outdoor walk). You should consult your physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you:

  • Have a heart condition or cardiovascular disease
  • Have high blood pressure or a history of stroke
  • Are pregnant or nursing
  • Have bone, joint, or muscular conditions
  • Take medications that may be affected by physical activity
  • Have been sedentary for an extended period
  • Have any other medical condition that may be affected by exercise

If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

Diet & Nutrition

The Program encourages participants to choose and commit to a diet aligned with their long-term health goals, including the elimination of added sugars and cheat meals. These dietary recommendations are general in nature and may not be appropriate for everyone.

Individuals with diabetes, eating disorders (current or past), food allergies, metabolic conditions, or any other health conditions affected by dietary changes should consult with a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietitian before modifying their diet.

Important Notice — Alcohol Cessation

This section is critically important. Please read it carefully.

The Program includes a daily commitment to zero alcohol consumption. While sobriety is a cornerstone of this Program and the founder’s personal testimony, abruptly stopping alcohol consumption can be medically dangerous — and in some cases life-threatening — for individuals with alcohol dependence.

Alcohol withdrawal can cause symptoms ranging from anxiety, tremors, and insomnia to severe and potentially fatal complications including seizures and delirium tremens (DTs).

If you have a history of heavy alcohol use or alcohol dependence, do NOT attempt to quit “cold turkey” without first consulting a physician or addiction medicine specialist. Medical professionals can provide safe detoxification protocols and ongoing support.

Hydration

The Program recommends drinking one gallon (approximately 3.8 liters) of water daily. While adequate hydration is essential for health, excessive water intake can be harmful, particularly for individuals with kidney conditions, heart conditions, or those taking certain medications (such as diuretics).

Consult your physician regarding an appropriate daily water intake for your specific health profile.

Faith-Based Content

This Program includes faith-based elements rooted in the Christian tradition, including daily Bible reading, prayer, meditation, and gratitude journaling. These components reflect the founder’s personal values and are integral to the Program’s philosophy. Participation in the Program constitutes acknowledgment of these faith-based elements.

  • You are in good health or have obtained your physician’s approval to participate.
